The Garga-samhita Verse 6.17.1, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 17 (Shri Shri Radha and Krishna Meet at Siddhashrama and the Nature of Shri Radha’s Love Is Revealed) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-नारद उवाच
श्री-कृष्णम् आगतं वीक्ष्य
पट्ट-राज्ञी-समन्वितम्
तदा जय-जयारवं
चक्रुर् गोप्यो ऽति-हर्षिताः

śrī-nārada uvāca
śrī-kṛṣṇam āgataṃ vīkṣya
paṭṭa-rājñī-samanvitam
tadā jaya-jayāravaṃ
cakrur gopyo 'ti-harṣitāḥ

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; śrī-kṛṣṇam—Śrī Rādhā; āgatam—come; vīkṣyaseeing; paṭṭa-rājñī-samanvitam—with His most important queens; tadāthen; jaya-jayāravam—sounds of "Victory!"; cakruḥ—did; gopyaḥ—the gopīs; ati-harṣitāḥ—very happy.

English translation of verse 6.17.1:

Seeing that Lord Kṛṣṇa has come with His queens, the happy gopīs called out

"All glories! All glories!"
