एवं तु सत्यभामायां
वदन्त्यां मैथिलेश्वर
भूत्वा मानवती सर्वा
रुक्मिण्य्-आद्याः स्त्रियो वराः
evaṃ tu satyabhāmāyāṃ
vadantyāṃ maithileśvara
bhūtvā mānavatī sarvā
rukmiṇy-ādyāḥ striyo varāḥ
evam—thus; tu—indeed; satyabhāmāyām—as Satyabhāmā; vadantyām—was speaking; maithileśvara—O king of Mithilā; bhūtvā—becoming; mānavatī—proud; sarvā—all; rukmiṇy-ādyāḥ—headed by Rukmiṇī; striyaḥ—the wives; varāḥ—beautiful.
English translation of verse 6.16.30:
O king of Mithilā, as Satyabhāmā spoke these words, Śrī Rukmiṇī and the other beautiful queens became filled with pride.
