The Garga-samhita Verses 6.16.24-25, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 16 (Seeing Shri Radha’s Form) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

कुण्डले देव-मात्रे च
दत्ते वै मत्-प्रियेच्छया
ऐरावत-भवा नागा
भौमासुर-समृद्धयः
मद्-इच्छया समानीताः
श्री-कृष्णेन महात्मना
मत्-कारणान् महा-वैरं
शक्रे ऽपि कृतवान् हरिः

kuṇḍale deva-mātre ca
datte vai mat-priyecchayā
airāvata-bhavā nāgā
bhaumāsura-samṛddhayaḥ
mad-icchayā samānītāḥ
śrī-kṛṣṇena mahātmanā
mat-kāraṇān mahā-vairaṃ
śakre 'pi kṛtavān hariḥ

kuṇḍale—two earrings; deva-mātre—to the mother of the demigods; ca—and; datte—given; vai—indeed; mat-priyaof my beloved; icchayā—by the wish; airāvataof Airāvata; bhavāḥthe nature; nāgāelephants; bhaumāsura-samṛddhayaḥ—the opulences of Bhaumasura; mat—of me; icchayā—by the desire; samānītāḥ—brought; śrī-kṛṣṇena—by Śrī Kṛṣṇa; mahātmanā—the Supreme Personality of Godhead; mat-kāraṇān—because of me; mahā-vairam—great enmity; śakre—with Indra; api—even; kṛtavān—did; hariḥ—Kṛṣṇa.

English translation of verses 6.16.24-25:

Because of my wish Lord Kṛṣṇa returned Aditi's earrings and Indra's parasol.

Because of my wish Lord Kṛṣṇa took Bhaumāsura's riches and his elephants powerful as Airāvata. Becasue of me Lord Kṛṣṇa fought with Indra.
