The Garga-samhita Verse 6.16.21, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 16 (Seeing Shri Radha’s Form) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

तेन जातं मद्-गृहे ऽपि
सर्वं वैभवम् अद्भुतम्
प्रेम्णा परेण श्री-कृष्ण-
गरुडोपरि-गामिनी

tena jātaṃ mad-gṛhe 'pi
sarvaṃ vaibhavam adbhutam
premṇā pareṇa śrī-kṛṣṇa-
garuḍopari-gāminī

tena—by that; jātam—born; mad-gṛhe—in my home; api—also; sarvam—all; vaibhavam—power; adbhutam—wonderful; premṇā—with love; pareṇa—great; śrī-kṛṣṇaŚrī Kṛṣṇa; garuḍaGaruḍa; uparione; gāminī—going.

English translation of verse 6.16.21:

Because of that jewel there is great power in my home. Because of that jewel Lord Kṛṣṇa loves me and took me riding on Garuḍa.
