The Garga-samhita Verse 6.16.16, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 16 (Seeing Shri Radha’s Form) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-कृष्णस्य वचः श्रुत्वा
सत्यभामाथ भामिनी
शनैः प्राह सपत्नीनां
रूप-यौवन-गर्विता

śrī-kṛṣṇasya vacaḥ śrutvā
satyabhāmātha bhāminī
śanaiḥ prāha sapatnīnāṃ
rūpa-yauvana-garvitā

śrī-kṛṣṇasya—of Śrī Kṛṣṇa; vacaḥthe words; śrutvāhearing; Satyabhāmā-Satyabhāmā; athathen; bhāminībeautiful; śanaiḥ—slowly; prāha—said; sapatnīnām—of her co-wives; rūpa-yauvana-garvitā—proud of her youthful beauty.

English translation of verse 6.16.16:

After hearing Lord Kṛṣṇa's words, beautiful Satyabhāmā, who proudly thought herself the queen whose youthful beauty was the greatest, slowly said:

Let's grow together!
