श्री-कृष्णस्य वचः श्रुत्वा
सत्यभामाथ भामिनी
शनैः प्राह सपत्नीनां
रूप-यौवन-गर्विता

śrī-kṛṣṇasya vacaḥ śrutvā
satyabhāmātha bhāminī
śanaiḥ prāha sapatnīnāṃ
rūpa-yauvana-garvitā

śrī-kṛṣṇasya—of Śrī Kṛṣṇa; vacaḥ—the words; śrutvā—hearing; Satyabhāmā-Satyabhāmā; atha—then; bhāminī—beautiful; śanaiḥ—slowly; prāha—said; sapatnīnām—of her co-wives; rūpa-yauvana-garvitā—proud of her youthful beauty.

English translation of verse 6.16.16:

After hearing Lord Kṛṣṇa's words, beautiful Satyabhāmā, who proudly thought herself the queen whose youthful beauty was the greatest, slowly said:
