The Garga-samhita Verse 6.15.28, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 15 (The Glories of Nriga-kupa and Gopi-bhumi) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

सम्मुखे ऽवस्थितं वीक्ष्य
पापिनं यम-राड् बली
चित्रगुप्तं प्राह तूर्णं
का योग्या यानतास्य वै

sammukhe 'vasthitaṃ vīkṣya
pāpinaṃ yama-rāḍ balī
citraguptaṃ prāha tūrṇaṃ
kā yogyā yānatāsya vai

sammukhe—in the presence; avasthitam—situated; vīkṣyaseeing; pāpinam—sinner; yama-rāḍ—yamarāja; balīpowerful; citraguptam—to Citragupta; prāha—said; tūrṇam—quickly; kā—what?; yogyāis proper; yānatā—punishment; asyaof him; vai—certainly.

English translation of verse 6.15.28:

Seeing this sinner brought before him, powerful Yamarāja said to his scribe Citragupta, "What is the proper punishment for him?"
