भू-तले पतितं मृत्यु-
गतं वीक्ष्य यमानुगाः
बद्ध्वा यम-पुरीं निन्युर्
हर्षयन्तः परस्परम्
bhū-tale patitaṃ mṛtyu-
gataṃ vīkṣya yamānugāḥ
baddhvā yama-purīṃ ninyur
harṣayantaḥ parasparam
bhū-tale—to the ground; patitam—fallen; mṛtyu-gatam—dead; vīkṣya—seeing; yamānugāḥ—the yamadūtas; baddhvā—binding; yama-purīm—to the city of yama; ninyuḥ—led; harṣayantaḥ—joking; parasparam—among themselves.
English translation of verse 6.15.27:
Seeing him fallen to the ground and dead, the Yamadūtas came, bound him, and, joking as they went, took him to the city of Yamarāja.
