The Garga-samhita Verse 6.14.17, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 14 (The Glories of Ratnakara, Raivata, and Kacala) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

एतस्मिंस् तच् चोरयितुं
प्रयाते नृप-सत्तमे
तत्-पूर्वास्माद् अहं प्राप्तः
श्री-शैलस्य पुरे नृप

etasmiṃs tac corayituṃ
prayāte nṛpa-sattame
tat-pūrvāsmād ahaṃ prāptaḥ
śrī-śailasya pure nṛpa

etasmin—in this; tat—that; corayitum—to kidnap; prayāte—come; nṛpa- sattame—the great king; tat-pūrvāsmāt—before him; aham—I; prāptaḥ—came; śrī- śailasya—of Śrī Śaila; pure—in th city; nṛpa—O king.

English translation of verse 6.14.17:

As King Raivata set out to kidnap that mountain, I raced ahead and quickly entered the city of Mount Śaila.
