रैवतस्याथ शैलस्य
माहात्म्यं शृणु मानद
सर्व-पाप-हरं पुण्यं
मुक्ति-भुक्ति-प्रदायकम्
raivatasyātha śailasya
māhātmyaṃ śṛṇu mānada
sarva-pāpa-haraṃ puṇyaṃ
mukti-bhukti-pradāyakam
raivatasya—of Raivata; atha—then; śailasya—the mountain; māhātmyam—the glory; śṛṇu—please hear; mānada—O respectful one; sarva-pāpa—all sins; haram— removing; puṇyam—sacred; mukti-bhukti-pradāyakam—giving happiness and liberation.
English translation of verse 6.14.6:
O respectful one, please hear the story of Mount Raivata's glories, a sacred story that removes all sins, brings happiness in this life, and awards liberation at the end.
