The Garga-samhita Verse 6.13.22, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 13 (The Glories of Prabhasa-tirtha, the Sarasvati River, Bodha-pippala, and the Place Where the Gomati River Meets the Ocean) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

चौर्य-कर्म प्रकुर्वन्तं
बद्ध्वा तं दामिभिर् नृपः
देशान् निःसारयाम् आस
शन्तनुर् नृपतीश्वरः

caurya-karma prakurvantaṃ
baddhvā taṃ dāmibhir nṛpaḥ
deśān niḥsārayām āsa
śantanur nṛpatīśvaraḥ

caurya-karmatheft; prakurvantam—doing; baddhvā—becoming bound; tam— that; dāmibhiḥ—with ropes; nṛpaḥ—the king; deśāt—from the country; niḥsārayām āsa—exiled; śantanuḥŚantanu; nṛpatīśvaraḥ—the great king.

English translation of verse 6.13.22:

When he was caught stealing, the great king Śantanu had him bound with ropes and exiled from the country.
