परिपूर्णतमः साक्शाद्
भगवान् भक्त-वत्सलः
आगत्य सरसस्-तीरं
म भैश्टेत्य् अभयं ददौ
paripūrṇatamaḥ sākśād
bhagavān bhakta-vatsalaḥ
āgatya sarasas-tīraṃ
ma bhaiśṭety abhayaṃ dadau
paripūrṇatamaḥ—the perfect Supreme Personality of Godhead; sākśāt—directly; bhagavān—the Lord; bhakta-vatsalaḥ—who loves His devotees; āgatya—coming; sarasas-tīram—to the shore of the lake; ma—don't; bhaiśṭa—be afraid; iti—thus; abhayam—fearlessness; dadau—gave.
English translation of verse 6.10.9:
The perfect Supreme Personality of Godhead, who dearly loves His devotees, came to that lake and, saying, "Don't be afraid, reassured Kakśivān.
