तेनैव तद्-गृहे नीतो
गजेन्द्रो बल-दर्पितः
तम् आकृश्य बहिः प्राप्तं
पुनस् तेन विकर्शितः
tenaiva tad-gṛhe nīto
gajendro bala-darpitaḥ
tam ākṛśya bahiḥ prāptaṃ
punas tena vikarśitaḥ
tena—by him; eva—indeed; tad-gṛhe—to his home; nītaḥ—taken; gajendraḥ— the elephant king; bala-darpitaḥ—proud of his strength; tam—him; ākṛśya— dragging; bahiḥ—out; prāptam—attained; punaḥ—again; tena—by him; vikarśitaḥ—dragged.
English translation of verse 6.10.13:
The crocodile dragged the elephant to its crocodile home in the water. Proud of his strength, the elephant then dragged the crocodile onto the land. Then the crocodile dragged the elphant again into the water.
