The Garga-samhita Verse 6.10.13, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 10 (In the Description of the Gomati River, the Glories of Cakra-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

तेनैव तद्-गृहे नीतो
गजेन्द्रो बल-दर्पितः
तम् आकृश्य बहिः प्राप्तं
पुनस् तेन विकर्शितः

tenaiva tad-gṛhe nīto
gajendro bala-darpitaḥ
tam ākṛśya bahiḥ prāptaṃ
punas tena vikarśitaḥ

tena—by him; eva—indeed; tad-gṛhe—to his home; nītaḥ—taken; gajendraḥ the elephant king; bala-darpitaḥproud of his strength; tam—him; ākṛśya— dragging; bahiḥout; prāptam—attained; punaḥ—again; tena—by him; vikarśitaḥ—dragged.

English translation of verse 6.10.13:

The crocodile dragged the elephant to its crocodile home in the water. Proud of his strength, the elephant then dragged the crocodile onto the land. Then the crocodile dragged the elphant again into the water.
