पार्श्वमौले पाप-बुद्धे
धन-लोभ-मदान्वितः
गजवत् प्रेरणं कुर्वंस्
त्वं गजो भव दुर्मते

pārśvamaule pāpa-buddhe
dhana-lobha-madānvitaḥ
gajavat preraṇaṃ kurvaṃs
tvaṃ gajo bhava durmate

pārśvamaule—Pārśvamauli; pāpa-buddhe—sinful; dhana-lobha-madānvitaḥ— greedy; gajavat—like an elephant; preraṇam—pushing; kurvaṃḥ—doing; tvam— you; gajaḥ—an elephant; bhavabecome; durmate—O wretch.

English translation of verse 6.10.40:

Sinful, wicked, greedy Pārśvamauli, you are pushy like an elephant. I curse you:

Become an elephant!
