The Garga-samhita Verse 6.10.28, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 10 (In the Description of the Gomati River, the Glories of Cakra-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

अद्य मे स-फलं जन्म
स-फलं मन्दिरं च मे
अद्य मे स-फलो यज्ञो
ब्रह्मंस् त्वय्य् आगते सति

adya me sa-phalaṃ janma
sa-phalaṃ mandiraṃ ca me
adya me sa-phalo yajño
brahmaṃs tvayy āgate sati

adyatoday; me—me; sa-phalam—fruitful; janmabirth; sa-phalam—fruitful; mandiram—home; ca—and; me—my; adya—today; me—my; sa-phalaḥ—fruitful; yajñaḥthe yajna; brahmaṃḥ—O brāhmaṇa; tvayi—now that you; āgate—have come; satibeing so.

English translation of verse 6.10.28:

Kuvera said: O brāhmaṇa, now that you have come here, my life is a success, my home is a success, and this yajña is a success.
