The Garga-samhita Verse 6.10.14, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 10 (In the Description of the Gomati River, the Glories of Cakra-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

कोटि-जन्म-कृतैः पापैः
पतितो यो ऽपि पातकी
चक्र-तीर्थस्य सोपानं
एत्य मुक्तिं समारुहेत्

koṭi-janma-kṛtaiḥ pāpaiḥ
patito yo 'pi pātakī
cakra-tīrthasya sopānaṃ
etya muktiṃ samāruhet

koṭi-janma-kṛtaiḥ—performed in millions of births; pāpaiḥ—by sins; patitaḥ fallen; yaḥ—who; api—even; pātakīa sinner; cakra-tīrthasya—of cakra-tīrth; sopānam—the steps; etyaattaining; muktim—liberation; samāruhet—attains.

English translation of verse 6.10.14:

Degraded person who has sinned in many millions of births attains liberation if he comes to the steps of Cakra-tīrtha.
