The Garga-samhita Verse 6.10.13, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 10 (In the Description of the Gomati River, the Glories of Cakra-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

चक्र-चिह्ने चक्र-तीर्थे
द्वादश्यां स्नानम् आचरेत्
चक्रपाणि-पदं याति
पापानां भाजनो ऽपि हि

cakra-cihne cakra-tīrthe
dvādaśyāṃ snānam ācaret
cakrapāṇi-padaṃ yāti
pāpānāṃ bhājano 'pi hi

cakra-cihne—the marek of the cakra; cakra-tīrthe—at Cakra-tīrtha; dvādaśyām—on Dvādaśī; snānam—bath; ācaret—does; cakrapāṇi-padamthe able of Lord Kṛṣṇa, who holds thw cakra in His hand; yātiattains; pāpānām—of sins; bhājanaḥ—a reservoir; api—even; hi—indeed.

English translation of verse 6.10.13:

A person, even though he is a great reservoir of sins, who on the dvādaśī day bathes at Cakra-tīrtha, which bears the mark of the Lord's cakra, attains the abode of Lord Kṛṣṇa, who holds the cakra in His hand.
