The Garga-samhita Verse 6.10.4, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 10 (In the Description of the Gomati River, the Glories of Cakra-tirtha) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

द्वारकां नगरीं दृश्ट्वा
नरो नऋआयणो भवेत्
द्वारकायां मृतः को ऽपि
गर्दभो ऽपि चतुर्-भुजः

dvārakāṃ nagarīṃ dṛśṭvā
naro naṛāyaṇo bhavet
dvārakāyāṃ mṛtaḥ ko 'pi
gardabho 'pi catur-bhujaḥ

dvārakāṃ nagarīm—Dvārakā City; dṛśṭvā—seeing; naraḥNara; naṛāyaṇaḥ— and Nārāyaṇa; bhavet—may be; dvārakāyām—in Dvārakā; mṛtaḥdead; ko api— someone; gardabhaḥdonkey; api—even; catur-bhujaḥa four-armed resident of Vaikuṇṭha.

English translation of verse 6.10.4:

Anyone who sees Dvārakā City attains opulences like Lord Nārāyaṇa. Even a donkey that dies in Dvārakā becomes a four-armed resident of Vaikuṇṭha.
