The Garga-samhita Verse 6.9.11, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 9 (The Arrival of Shri Dvaraka) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

स एव विश्वं स्व-कृतं
सृजत्य् अत्ति च पाति च
स एव ब्रह्म परमं
कालः कलयतां प्रभुः

sa eva viśvaṃ sva-kṛtaṃ
sṛjaty atti ca pāti ca
sa eva brahma paramaṃ
kālaḥ kalayatāṃ prabhuḥ

sa—He; eva—indeed; viśvam—the universe; sva-kṛtam—made by Him; sṛjaty— creates; attidestroys; ca—and; pātimaintains; ca—and; sa—He; eva—indeed; brahmaBrahman; paramam—Supreme; kālaḥ—time; kalayatām—of controllers; prabhuḥ—the master.

English translation of verse 6.9.11:

He creates, maintains, and destroys this universe. He is the Supreme Brahman.

He is time, the master of all that subdue.
