The Garga-samhita Verse 6.9.9, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 9 (The Arrival of Shri Dvaraka) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

श्री-आनर्त उवाच
तवेयं न मही कृत्स्ना
न त्वया पालिता क्वचित्
न त्वद्-बलार्जिता राजन्
बलिश्ठो भगवान् विभुः

śrī-ānarta uvāca
taveyaṃ na mahī kṛtsnā
na tvayā pālitā kvacit
na tvad-balārjitā rājan
baliśṭho bhagavān vibhuḥ

śrī-ānarta uvāca—Śrī Anarta said; tava—of you; iyamthis; na—not; mahī earth; kṛtsnā—entire; na—not; tvayā—by you; pālitāprotected; kvacit—in any way; na—not; tvad-balārjitā—won by your strength; rājanO king; baliśṭhaḥ— most powerful; bhagavānthe Supreme Personality of Godhead; vibhuḥ—all-powerful.

English translation of verse 6.9.9:

Śrī Anarta said: You do not own this earth. Nor do you rule and protect it. Nor did you conquer it with your own power. Only the Supreme Personality of Godhead is the all-powerful ruler of this earth.
