श्री-नारद उवाच
साधु साधु त्वया पृश्टं
द्वारकागम-कारणम्
यच् छ्रुत्वा शुद्धतां याति
लोक-घात्य् अपि पातकी
śrī-nārada uvāca
sādhu sādhu tvayā pṛśṭaṃ
dvārakāgama-kāraṇam
yac chrutvā śuddhatāṃ yāti
loka-ghāty api pātakī
śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; sādhu—well done; sādhu—well don; tvayā— by you; pṛśṭam—asked; dvārakā—of Dvārakā; āgama—arrival; kāraṇam—the reason; yat—which; śhrutvā—hearing; śuddhatām—purity; yāti—attains; loka- ghāty—a murderer; api—even; pātakī—a sinner.
English translation of verse 6.9.3:
Śrī Nārada said: Excellent. You have asked an excellent question. By hearing the reason for Dvārakā's arrival on this earth, even a great sinner, or even a murderer becomes pure at heart.
