तेन दत्ता जाम्बवती
हरये कन्यका शुभा
मणिना सह राजेन्द्र
द्वारकाम् आययौ हरिः
tena dattā jāmbavatī
haraye kanyakā śubhā
maṇinā saha rājendra
dvārakām āyayau hariḥ
tena—by him; dattā—givebn; jāmbavatī—Jāmbavatī; haraye—to Lord Kṛṣṇa; kanyakā—daughter; śubhā—beautiful; maṇinā—the jewel; saha—with; rājendra—O king of kings; dvārakām—to Dvārakā; āyayau—went; hariḥ—Lord Kṛṣṇa.
English translation of verse 6.8.9:
O king of kings, Jāmbavān gave the jewel and his beautiful daughter, Jāmbavatī, to Lord Kṛṣṇa. Then the Lord returned to Dvārakā.
