The Garga-samhita Verses 6.6.17-19, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. अक्षौहिणी-द्वयेनापि
पौण्ड्रकः क्रोध-पूरितः
अक्षौहिणी-त्रयेणापि
महा-वीरो विदूरथः
अक्षौहिणी-पञ्च-युतो
दन्तवक्रो ऽति-दारुणः
अक्षौहिणी-त्रयेणाशु
शाल्वो राज-पुरेश्वरः
अक्षौहिणीभिर् दशभिर्
जरासन्धो महा-बलः
आययौ सम्मुखे योद्धुं
यादवानां महात्मनाम्

akṣauhiṇī-dvayenāpi
pauṇḍrakaḥ krodha-pūritaḥ
akṣauhiṇī-trayeṇāpi
mahā-vīro vidūrathaḥ
akṣauhiṇī-pañca-yuto
dantavakro 'ti-dāruṇaḥ
akṣauhiṇī-trayeṇāśu
śālvo rāja-pureśvaraḥ
akṣauhiṇībhir daśabhir
jarāsandho mahā-balaḥ
āyayau sammukhe yoddhuṃ
yādavānāṃ mahātmanām

akṣauhiṇī-dvayena—with two Akṣauhiṇīs; api—also; pauṇḍrakaḥPaundraka; krodha-pūritaḥfilled with anger; akṣauhiṇī-trayeṇa—with three Akṣauhiṇīs; api—also; mahā-vīraḥheroic; vidūrathaḥViduratha; akṣauhiṇī-pañca-yutaḥwith fiveAkṣauhiṇīs; dantavakraḥDantavakjra; ati-dāruṇaḥferocious; akṣauhiṇī-trayeṇa—with three Akṣauhiṇīs; āśu—quickly; śālvaḥSalva; rāja-pureśvaraḥ—the king of the kings of the kings; akṣauhiṇībhiḥ—with Akṣauhiṇīs; daśabhiḥ—ten; jarāsandhaḥJarasandha; mahā-balaḥvery powerful; āyayau—came; sammukhe—in the presence; yoddhum—to fight; yādavānām—of the Yādavas; mahātmanām—noble-hearted.

English translation of verses 6.6.17-19:

Then Pauṇḍraka, filled with anger and leading two Akṣauhiṇīs, heroic Vidūratha with three Akṣauhiṇīs, ferocious Dantavakra with five Akṣauhiṇīs, the great king Śālva with three Akṣauhiṇīs, and very powerful Jarāsandha with ten Akṣauhiṇīs, all yearning for a fight, came before the noble-hearted Yādavas.
