The Garga-samhita Verse 6.4.10, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 4 (Journey to the City of Kundina) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

पृच्छते कुशलं सर्वं
श्री-कृष्णाय महात्मने
ब्राह्मणस् तद्-अनुज्ञातस्
तस्मै सर्वम् अवर्णयत्

pṛcchate kuśalaṃ sarvaṃ
śrī-kṛṣṇāya mahātmane
brāhmaṇas tad-anujñātas
tasmai sarvam avarṇayat

pṛcchate—asks; kuśalam—welfare; sarvam—all; śrī-kṛṣṇāya—to Śrī Kṛṣṇa; mahātmane—noble-hearted; brāhmaṇaḥthe brāhmaṇa; tad-anujñātaḥ—with His pwermission; tasmai—to Him; sarvam—all; avarṇayat—relates.

English translation of verse 6.4.10:

First the brāhmaṇa inquired about noble-hearted Lord Kṛṣṇa's welfare. Then, with the Lord's permission, the brāhmaṇa recited Rukmiṇī's letter to Him:
