The Garga-samhita Verse 6.3.23, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 3 (Lord Balarama’s Wedding) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

तदा महोत्सवश् चासीद्
यदु-पुर्यां गृहे गृहे
सङ्कर्षणो ऽथ भगवान्
रेवत्या विरराज ह

tadā mahotsavaś cāsīd
yadu-puryāṃ gṛhe gṛhe
saṅkarṣaṇo 'tha bhagavān
revatyā virarāja ha

tadāthen; mahotsavaś—a great festival; ca—and; āsīt—was; yadu-puryām—in the capitol of the Yādavass; gṛhe—in home; gṛhe—after home; saṅkarṣaṇaḥ—Lord Balarāma; athathen; bhagavānthe Supreme Personality of Godhead; revatyā—with Revatī; virarāja—was splendidly manifested; ha—indeed.

English translation of verse 6.3.23:

Then there was a great festival in the capitol of the Yādavas. In home after home the Supreme Lord Balarāma appeared with Śrīmatī Revatī.
