गायन्त्यां पूर्व-चित्त्यां च
स्थितो लब्ध-क्षणः क्षणम्
एक-चित्तं विधिं ज्ञात्वा
स्वाभिप्रायं न्यवेदयत्
gāyantyāṃ pūrva-cittyāṃ ca
sthito labdha-kṣaṇaḥ kṣaṇam
eka-cittaṃ vidhiṃ jñātvā
svābhiprāyaṃ nyavedayat
gāyantyam—singing; pūrva-cittyām—Purvacitti; ca—and; sthitaḥ—situated; labdha-kṣaṇaḥ—finding a proper moment; kṣaṇam—a moment; eka-cittam—one thought; vidhim—to Brahma; jñātvā—understanding; svābhiprāyam—his intention; nyavedayat—spoke.
English translation of verse 6.3.8:
As the apsarā Pūrvacitti was singing, he found his opportunity. Aware that now he had Brahmā's attention, he spoke what was in his heart.
