The Garga-samhita Verse 6.3.4, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 3 (Lord Balarama’s Wedding) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

रैवतो नाम तत्-पुत्रस्
चक्रवर्ती गुणाकरः
राज्यं चकार स पुरीं
विनिर्माय कुशस्थलीम्

raivato nāma tat-putras
cakravartī guṇākaraḥ
rājyaṃ cakāra sa purīṃ
vinirmāya kuśasthalīm

raivataḥRaivata; nāmanamed; tat-putraḥ—his son; cakravartīemperor; guṇākaraḥ—virtuous; rājyam—the empire; cakāradid; sa—he; purīm—to the capitol; vinirmāya—created; kuśasthalīm—Kuśasthalī.

English translation of verse 6.3.4:

His son was the virtuous king Raivata, who ruled the kingdom from his capitol Kuśasthalī.
