कोटि-सूर्य-प्रतीकाशे
ज्योतिषां मण्डले प्रभुम्
स्थितं स्फुटत्-किरीटार्कं
कुण्डलाङ्गद-नूपुरम्
koṭi-sūrya-pratīkāśe
jyotiṣāṃ maṇḍale prabhum
sthitaṃ sphuṭat-kirīṭārkaṃ
kuṇḍalāṅgada-nūpuram
koṭi-sūrya-pratīkāśe—splendid as ten million suns; jyotiṣām—of light; maṇḍale—in a circle; prabhum—the Lord; sthitam—standing; sphuṭat-kirīṭa—a splendid crown; arkam—a sun; kuṇḍala—with earrings; aṅgada—armlets; nūpuram—and anklets.
English translation of verse 6.2.23:
