शत्रु-द्रव्यं च संहर्तुं
वीक्षन्तः क्रीत-वाससः
नागरा माथुराः सर्वे
परं हर्षम् उपागताः

śatru-dravyaṃ ca saṃhartuṃ
vīkṣantaḥ krīta-vāsasaḥ
nāgarā māthurāḥ sarve
paraṃ harṣam upāgatāḥ

śatruof the enemy; dravyam—the property; ca—and; saṃhartum—to take; vīkṣantaḥ—seeing; krītabought; vāsasaḥ—garments; nāgarā—people; māthurāḥ—of Mathurā; sarve—all; param—great; harṣam—happiness; upāgatāḥ—attained.

English translation of verse 6.2.4:

Seeing the valuable garments and property of the enemy soldiers, the people of Mathurā became very happy.
