सिंहारूढा भद्रकाली
डाकिनी-शत-सम्वृता
पिबन्ती रुधिरं चोष्णं
साट्ट-हासं चकार ह
siṃhārūḍhā bhadrakālī
ḍākinī-śata-samvṛtā
pibantī rudhiraṃ coṣṇaṃ
sāṭṭa-hāsaṃ cakāra ha
siṃha—on a lion; ārūḍhā—riding; bhadrakālī—Bhadrakālī; ḍākinī—with witches; śata—a hundred; samvṛtā—accompanied; pibantī—drinking; rudhiram—blood; ca—and; uṣṇam—warm; sāṭṭa-hāsam—with loud laughter; cakāra—did; ha—indeed.
English translation of verse 6.1.32:
Riding on a lion, and accompanied a hundred female goblins, goddess Bhadrakālī drank the warm blood of the dead and laughed uproariously.
