The Garga-samhita Verses 5.24.104-105, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. यस्मिन् स्नास्यन्ति गङ्गायां
देवान् सम्पूजयन्ति ये
दास्यन्ति दानं विप्रेभ्यो
भोजनं कारयन्ति ये
विष्णुं सम्पूजयन्ति स्म
स-फलं जीवितं क्षितौ
ते यान्ति दैवत-स्थानं
कामी प्राप्नोति कामनम्
yasmin snāsyanti gaṅgāyāṃ
devān sampūjayanti ye
dāsyanti dānaṃ viprebhyo
bhojanaṃ kārayanti ye
viṣṇuṃ sampūjayanti sma
sa-phalaṃ jīvitaṃ kṣitau
te yānti daivata-sthānaṃ
kāmī prāpnoti kāmanam
yasmin—where; snāsyanti—will bathe; gaṅgāyām—in the Gaṅgā; devān—demigods; sampūjayanti—will worship; ye—who; dāsyanti—will give; dānam—charity; viprebhyaḥ—to the brāhmaṇas; bhojanam—food; kārayanti—will do; ye—who; viṣṇum—Lord Viṣṇu; sampūjayanti—worship; sma—indeed; sa-phalam—with the result; jīvitam—living; kṣitau—on the earth; te—they; yānti—go; daivata—of the Lord; sthānam—to the place; kāmi—desiring; prāpnoti—attain; kāmanam—desire.
English translation of verses 5.24.104-105:
They who bathe in the Gaṅgā at this place, worship the demigods, feed the brāhmaṇas, give them charity, and worship Lord Viṣṇu, attain the real goal of life.
They go to the divine abode. They attain their desires.
