The Garga-samhita Verse 5.24.94, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 24 (The Killing of the Kola Demon) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

तपस् तप्तं मद्-अर्थं ते
तस्माद् एतत् प्रकाशितम्
एवं देवं वरं दत्त्वा
गतो रामः सहानुगः

tapas taptaṃ mad-arthaṃ te
tasmād etat prakāśitam
evaṃ devaṃ varaṃ dattvā
gato rāmaḥ sahānugaḥ

tapaḥausterity; taptam—performed; mad-arthamfor My sake; te—of you; tasmāt—therefore; etat—this; prakāśitam—manifested; evam—thus; devam—the Lord; varamblessing; dattvāgiven; gataḥ—gone; rāmaḥ—Balarāma; sahānugaḥ—with His followers.

English translation of verse 5.24.94:

This will happen because you have performed austerities to please Me.

After giving this blessing to Māṇḍūkadeva, Lord Balarāma, accompanied by His followers, departed.
