श्री-बलदेव उवाच
कथयामि परं गोप्यं
रहस्यं परमाद्भुतम्
अद्यापि मम सामीप्ये
उद्धवो ऽयं विराजते
śrī-baladeva uvāca
kathayāmi paraṃ gopyaṃ
rahasyaṃ paramādbhutam
adyāpi mama sāmīpye
uddhavo 'yaṃ virājate
śrī-baladeva uvāca—Śrī Balarāma said; kathayāmi—I will tell; param—agreat; gopyam—secret; rahasyam—confidential; paramādbhutam—very wonderful; adya—today; api—also; mama—of Me; sāmīpye—near; uddhavaḥ—Uddhava; ayam—he; virājate—is manifested.
English translation of verse 5.24.68:
Śrī Balarāma said: I will tell you a great secret. Even now, Uddhava is nearby.
