The Garga-samhita Verse 5.21.23, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. तद्-देशे वेद-नगरं
रत्न-प्रासाद-निर्मितम्
ददर्श नारदो योगी
दिव्य-नारी-नरैर् वृतम्

tad-deśe veda-nagaraṃ
ratna-prāsāda-nirmitam
dadarśa nārado yogī
divya-nārī-narair vṛtam

tad-deśe—in that place; veda-nagaram—the city of the Vedas; ratna-prāsāda-nirmitam—made of jewel palaces; dadarśa—saw; nāradaḥNārada; yogīyogi; divya-nārī-naraiḥ—with divine men and women; vṛtam—filled.

English translation of verse 5.21.23:

In that place the yogī Nārada saw the city Veda-nagara, which was filled with jewel palaces and divine men and women.
