The Garga-samhita Verse 5.21.7, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 21 (The Story of Shri Narada) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

दृष्ट्वा त्वया मां वरदं
हर्षितो ऽभून् महा-मुनिः
जलत्वं प्राप तद्-देहो
यथाहं द्रवतां पुरा

dṛṣṭvā tvayā māṃ varadaṃ
harṣito 'bhūn mahā-muniḥ
jalatvaṃ prāpa tad-deho
yathāhaṃ dravatāṃ purā

dṛṣṭvāhaving seen; tvayā—by him; mām—Me; varadam—the giver of benedictions; harṣitaḥhappy; abhūt—became; mahā-muniḥthe great sage; jalatvam—liguidity; prāpaattained; tad-dehaḥ—his body; yathā—as; aham—I; dravatām—liquid; purābefore.

English translation of verse 5.21.7:

When that great sage saw Me, he became so happy that his body at once melted and became a liquid, as My own body also became a liquid in the past.
