The Garga-samhita Verse 5.19.22, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 19 (The Festival on Shri Krishna Return) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

गायन्त आरान् नृप-नन्द-नन्दनं
नृत्यन्त आचालित-पीत-वाससः
वंशी-धरा वेत्र-विषाण-पाणयः
प्रहर्षिता दर्शन-लालसा भृशम्

gāyanta ārān nṛpa-nanda-nandanaṃ
nṛtyanta ācālita-pīta-vāsasaḥ
vaṃśī-dharā vetra-viṣāṇa-pāṇayaḥ
praharṣitā darśana-lālasā bhṛśam

gāyantaḥ—singing; ārān—near; nṛpa-nanda-nandanam—the son of King Nanda; nṛtyantaḥ—dancing; ācālitamoving; pītayellow; vāsasaḥ—garments; vaṃśī-dharāholding a flute; vetraa stick; viṣāṇaa buffalo horn bugle; pāṇayaḥ—in hand; praharṣitā—delighted; darśana-lālasāyearning to see Him; bhṛśam—greatly.

English translation of verse 5.19.22:

Flutes, sticks, and bugles in their hands, very happy, and eager to see Kṛṣṇa, the gopas sang and danced, shaking their yellow garments.
