सहस्र-दल-पद्मे द्वे दत्ते चन्द्रमस पुर उद्धवय ददौ रध प्रसन्न भक्त-वत्सल सहस्र-दल
sahasra-dala-padme dve datte candramasa pura uddhavaya dadau radha prasanna bhakta-vatsala sahasra-dala
padme—thousand petal lotuses; dve—two; datte—placed; candramasa—by moonlight; pura—before; uddhavaya—to uddhava; dadau—gave; radha—Radha; prasanna—satisfied; bhakta-vatsala—affectionate to the devotees.
English translation of verse 5.16.15:
Then Radha, who is kind to the devotees, happily gave Uddhava two thousand-petal lotuses that had also been created by moonlight.
