The Garga-samhita Verse 5.16.6, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. द्र्स्त्व पित्व च सु-स्नत्व च्रुत्व चेमम् कथम् नरह् कर्म-बन्ध-विनिर्मुक्तह् स्रि-क्र्स्नम् प्रप्नुयन् न्र्प

drstva pitva ca su-snatva crutva cemam katham narah karma-bandha-vinirmuktah sri-krsnam prapnuyan nrpa

English translation of verse 5.16.6:

- attains; nrpaO king.

O king, a person who sees, drinks from, or bathes in that lake, or who listens to this story, becoms free from the bonds of karma and attains Lord Krsna.
