स्रि-नरद उवच एवम् हि नन्दोद्धवयोर् हरेह् कथयतोह् कथम् व्यतित क्सनवद् रजन् क्सनद हर्स-वर्धिनि स्रि-नरद
sri-narada uvaca evam hi nandoddhavayor hareh kathayatoh katham vyatita ksanavad rajan ksanada harsa-vardhini sri-narada
uvaca—Sri Narada said; evam—thus; hi—indeed; nanda—of Nanda; uddhavayoh—and Uddhava; hareh—of Krsna; kathayatoh—talking; katham—topics; vyatita—passed; ksanavat—like a moment; rajan—O king; ksanada—giving a festival; harsa-vardhini—increasing happiness.
English translation of verse 5.15.1:
Sri Narada said: O king, as they talked about Lord Krsna, Nanda and Uddhava enjoyed a great festival of happiness, and the time seemed to pass like a single moment.
