The Garga-samhita Verse 5.11.9, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 11 (The Stories of Kubja and Kuvalayapida) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

श्री-शिव उवाच
अद्यैव स-फलो न स्याद्
वरस् ते शृणु राक्षसि
द्वापरान्ते माथुरे च
भविष्यति न संशयः

śrī-śiva uvāca
adyaiva sa-phalo na syād
varas te śṛṇu rākṣasi
dvāparānte māthure ca
bhaviṣyati na saṃśayaḥ

śrī-śiva uvāca—Lord śuva said; adyatoday; eva—indeed; sa-phalaḥfruitful; na—not; syāt—may be; varaḥboon; te—of you; śṛṇu—please hear; rākṣasiO demonness; dvāparānte—at the end of Dvapara-yuga; māthure—in Mathurā; ca—and; bhaviṣyati—will be; na—no; saṃśayaḥ—doubt.

English translation of verse 5.11.9:

Lord Śiva said: O demonness, please listen. At the present time your boon cannot be granted. In the future, at the end of Dvāpara-yuga, in Mathurā City, it will be granted to you. Of this there is no doubt.
