The Garga-samhita Verse 5.10.25, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. श्री-नारद उवाच
महेश्वर-वरेणासौ
हेममाली महा-मनाः
मालाकारो द्वापरान्ते
सुदामा सम्बभूव ह

śrī-nārada uvāca
maheśvara-vareṇāsau
hemamālī mahā-manāḥ
mālākāro dvāparānte
sudāmā sambabhūva ha

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; maheśvaraof Lord śuva; vareṇa—by the blessings; asau—he; hemamālīHemamali; mahā-manāḥ—noble-hearted; mālākāraḥ—florist; dvāparānte—at the end of Dvapara-yuga; sudāmāSudama; sambabhūva—became; ha—indeed.

English translation of verse 5.10.25:

Śrī Nārada said: By Lord Śiva's blessings, at the end of Dvāpara-yuga noble-hearted Hemamālī was born as the florist Sudāmā.
