अथोक्तं वचनं स्मृत्वा
तदोद्धव-समन्वितः
महा-मङ्गल-सम्युक्तं
कुब्जाया भवनं ययौ

athoktaṃ vacanaṃ smṛtvā
tadoddhava-samanvitaḥ
mahā-maṅgala-samyuktaṃ
kubjāyā bhavanaṃ yayau

athathen; uktam—spoken; vacanam—words; smṛtvā—remembering; tadāthen; uddhava-samanvitaḥ—withj Uddhava; mahā-maṅgala-samyuktam—very auspicious; kubjāyā—of Kubjā; bhavanam—to the home; yayau—went.

English translation of verse 5.9.49:

Then, remembering His promise, the Lord went with Uddhava to Kubjā's home.
