The Garga-samhita Verse 5.9.38, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. अक्रूरः सहसोत्थाय
परिरभ्य मुदान्वितः
उपचारैः षोडशभिः
पूजयित्वाथ तौ नृप

akrūraḥ sahasotthāya
parirabhya mudānvitaḥ
upacāraiḥ ṣoḍaśabhiḥ
pūjayitvātha tau nṛpa

akrūraḥAkrūra; sahasāat once; utthāyarising; parirabhya—embracing; mudānvitaḥwith joy; upacāraiḥ—with offerings; ṣoḍaśabhiḥ—sixteen; pūjayitvā—worshiping; athathen; tau—Them; nṛpaO king.

English translation of verse 5.9.38:

Akrūra at once stood up and embraced Them. O king, he worshiped Them with sixteen offerings.
