The Garga-samhita Verse 5.7.44, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. चाणूर उवाच
भवान् न बालो न च वा किशोरो
बलश् च साक्षाद् बलिनां बलीयान्
सहस्र-मत्तेभ-बलं दधानो
द्विपो भवद्भ्यां निहतः स-लीलम्

cāṇūra uvāca
bhavān na bālo na ca vā kiśoro
balaś ca sākṣād balināṃ balīyān
sahasra-mattebha-balaṃ dadhāno
dvipo bhavadbhyāṃ nihataḥ sa-līlam

cāṇūra uvāca-Canura said; bhavān—You; na—not; bālaḥa boy; na—not; ca—and; vā—or; kiśoraḥa youth; balaś—the strength; ca—and; sākṣātdirectly; balinām—than the strngest; balīyān—stroinger; sahasra-mattebha-balam—the strength of a thousand maddened elephants; dadhānaḥ—placing; dvipaḥ—the elephant; bhavadbhyām—by You two; nihataḥ—killed; sa-līlam—easily.

English translation of verse 5.7.44:

Cāṇūra said: You are not a boy. Nor are You a youth. You are stronger than the strongest. The two of You easily killed an elephant stronger than thousands of furious elephants.
