भोज-राज-सभा-च्छत्रं
अकस्मान् निपपात ह
गोपालैः स-बलः कृष्णो
धावन् चाप-स्थलान् नृप आययौ नन्द-निकटे सन्ध्या-काले ऽति-भीत-वत्
bhoja-rāja-sabhā-cchatraṃ
akasmān nipapāta ha
gopālaiḥ sa-balaḥ kṛṣṇo
dhāvan cāpa-sthalān nṛpa āyayau nanda-nikaṭe sandhyā-kāle 'ti-bhīta-vat
bhoja-rāja—of Kaṃsa; sabhā—of the assembly; cchatram—the parasol; akasmān—suddenly; nipapāta—fell; ha—indeed; gopālaiḥ—with the gopas; sa-balaḥ—with Balarāma; kṛṣṇaḥ—Kṛṣṇa; dhāvan—running; cāpa-sthalān—from the place of the bow; nṛpa—O king; āyayau—came; nanda-nikaṭe—to Nanda; sandhyā-kāle—at sunset; ati-bhīta-vat—as if He were very afraid.
English translation of verse 5.6.39:
At that moment the royal parasol over Kaṃsa's throne suddenly fell to the ground. O king, Kṛṣṇa and the gopas fled from the place of the bow. Finding Nanda at sunset, Lord Kṛṣṇa seemed to be very afraid.
