श्री-नारद उवाच
इत्य् उक्त्वा पुष्प-रचना-
लङ्कारान् मधुप-ध्वनीन्
निवेद्य मकरन्दांश् च
माला-कारो ननाम ह

śrī-nārada uvāca
ity uktvā puṣpa-racanā-
laṅkārān madhupa-dhvanīn
nivedya makarandāṃś ca
mālā-kāro nanāma ha

śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; ity—thus; uktvā—saying; puṣpa-racanā-—made of flowers; laṅkārān—ornaments; madhupaof bees; dhvanīn—with the sounds; nivedyaoffering; makarandān—with nectar; ca—and; mālā-kāraḥthe florist; nanāma—bowed down; ha—indeed.

English translation of verse 5.6.5:

Śrī Nārada said: After speaking these words, the florist offered Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma many nectar flower ornaments filled with the humming of bees. Then he bowed down to offer his respects.
