दृष्ट्वा तौ स समुत्थाय
नमस्कृत्य कृताञ्जलिः
पुष्प-सिंहासने स्थाप्य
प्राह गद्गदया गिरा
dṛṣṭvā tau sa samutthāya
namaskṛtya kṛtāñjaliḥ
puṣpa-siṃhāsane sthāpya
prāha gadgadayā girā
dṛṣṭvā—seeing; tau—Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma; sa—he; samutthāya—rising; namaskṛtya—bowing down; kṛtāñjaliḥ—with folded hands; puṣpa-siṃhāsane—on a throne of flowers; sthāpya—placing; prāha—said; gadgadayā—choked with emotion; girā—with words.
English translation of verse 5.6.2:
When he saw Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma, Sudāmā at once stood up and then bowed down with folded hands. Placing Them on a flower throne, he stuttered words choked with emotion.
