प्रासादैर् गगन-स्पर्शैर्
हेम-रत्न-खचिद्-गृहैः
शोभितां दुर्ग-सम्युक्तां
देवधानीम् इव स्थिताम्

prāsādair gagana-sparśair
hema-ratna-khacid-gṛhaiḥ
śobhitāṃ durga-samyuktāṃ
devadhānīm iva sthitām

prāsādaiḥ—with palaces; gaganathe sky; sparśaiḥ—touching; hema-ratna-khacid-gṛhaiḥ—with mansions of gold and jewels; śobhitām—splendid; durga-samyuktām—with walls; devadhānīm—the capitol of the demigods; iva—like; sthitām-situated.

English translation of verse 5.5.25:

. . . which was surrounded by high walls, and filled with mansions of gold and jewels and great palaces that touched the sky, which was like a great city in the celestial planets, . . .
