ब्राह्मे मुहुर्त उत्थाय ध्यात्वा देवीम् कलिन्दजाम् आरुनोदय-वेलायाम् नद्याम् स्नानम् समाचरेत् ब्राह्मे

brāhme muhurta utthāya dhyātvā devīm kalindajām ārunodaya-velāyām nadyām snānam samācaret brāhme

muhurtaat brahma-muhurta; utthāyarising; dhyātvā—meditating; devīm—on the goddess; kalindajām—Yamunā; ārunodaya-velāyām—at sunrise; nadyām—in the river; snānam—bathing; samācaret—should perform.

English translation of verse 4.18.14:

During brāhma-muhurta one should meditate on goddess Yamunā and at sunrise one should bathe in the Yamunā.
