कोटिशः कोटिशस् तत्र
स्फुरन्त्य् आबीर-मुष्टयः
सु-गन्धारुण-चूर्णानां
कोटिशः कोटिशस् तथा

koṭiśaḥ koṭiśas tatra
sphuranty ābīra-muṣṭayaḥ
su-gandhāruṇa-cūrṇānāṃ
koṭiśaḥ koṭiśas tathā

koṭiśaḥ koṭiśaḥ—millions and millions; tatra—there; sphuranty—manifested; ābīra-muṣṭayaḥ—red fists; su-gandhafragrant; aruṇa-cūrṇānām—red powder; koṭiśaḥ koṭiśaḥ—millions and millions; tathā—so.

English translation of verse 4.12.17:

There were millions and millions of reddish fists. Millions and millions of times they threw fragrant red powder.
