The Garga-samhita Verse 4.12.11, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 4 of Chapter 12 (The Story of the Gopis That In the Holi Festival Displayed Three Transcendental Virtues) of Canto 4 (madhurya-khanda).

निर्गच्छ फाल्गुन-मिषेण विहाय मानं
दातव्यम् अद्य च यशः किल होलिकायै
कर्तव्यम् आशु निज-मन्दिर-रङ्ग-वारि-
पाटीर-पङ्क-मकरन्द-चयं च तूर्णम्

nirgaccha phālguna-miṣeṇa vihāya mānaṃ
dātavyam adya ca yaśaḥ kila holikāyai
kartavyam āśu nija-mandira-raṅga-vāri-
pāṭīra-paṅka-makaranda-cayaṃ ca tūrṇam

nirgaccha—go; phālgunathe month of Phalguna (February-March) miṣeṇa— on the preText; vihāyaabandoning; mānam—jealous anger; dātavyam—should be given; adyanow; ca—and; yaśaḥfame; kilaindeed; holikāyai—to Holi; kartavyam—should be done; āśu—at once; nijaown; mandirapalace; raṅgared; vāriwater; pāṭīra—sandal; paṅkapaste; makaranda-cayam—flower-nectar; ca—and; tūrṇam—at once.

English translation of verse 4.12.11:

Give up Your jealous anger, and celebrate the glorious Holi festival. Go at once and get water mixed with red dye, sandal paste, and flower-pollen.
